NB  Membership is only available to individuals.  Businesses and corporations do not qualify for membership.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Full Member
Any person not being a legal practitioner, who is licensed under the current Conveyancers Licensing Act in NSW.

There are two categories of full member:
* A licensee carrying on a conveyancing business
* A licensee who is employed

Affiliate:
Any person, not being a conveyancer, who is approved in this category by the Divisional Council.
-  Affiliate members are entitled to all membership benefits, however they cannot vote at any general meetings nor are they entitled to membership of the Australian Council or of a Division Council.

Student:
Any person enrolled as a student in the course prescribed for qualification as a conveyancer in NSW.
-  Student members are entitled to all membership benefits, however they cannot vote at any general meeting.
