I have been working in the conveyancing industry since 2004, and received my unrestricted license in 2008 and have employed full time since then. In December 2018 I opened by own business (Mallia Conveyancing Pty Ltd) and whilst starting this company I was working part-time for a Solicitor running their files as well as mine.
I have a full home office set up as well as access from a laptop that I can access Leap, Outlook, Microsoft Office,
and PEXA. I would like to offer my services to anyone who has a large workload, or is thinking of taking a well earned break and would like to have the re-assurance that their files are being handled by someone who is trustworthy and reliable. I also offer a mobile and after hours service.
I have recently completed my Associate Degree in Law/Conveyancing (Major) through Southern Cross University and Professional Development with Lyn Johnston Conveyancing in 2018, this is preceded by completion of Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal) in 2017.
I can offer the relevant professional assets and resources required and the opportunity to progress my career.

I am currently studying Conveyancing at Macquarie University and are near completion. I am seeking a firm where I will be given the opportunity to gain practical experience in the industry.
I bring with me close to 7 years of recruitment experience, and additional 4 years in sales experience in which I have highly developed skills such as: excellent communication, stakeholder and project management. I have refined administrative skills as note taking and keeping the notes associated with applicants and clients is crucial for success.
