  • Conducting property searches;
  • Negotiating contract conditions;
  • Drafting correspondence, Transfer Documents and other documents;
  • Calculating settlement figures;
  • Arranging settlements;
  • In-house Stamping;
  • Preparing and lodging Title Office forms.
