We require an enthusiastic person to initially complete essential office tasks and someone who is keen to learn about the Conveyancing Industry and to expand their knowledge to perform basic conveyancing tasks, leading to further job roles within the business. The office is in the Norwest Business Park.
The Role will include reception work; collecting the morning and posting the evening mail; diary management; opening, closing and archiving files; data entry and assisting the Conveyancers in their day-to-day duties. You will gain skills in customer service, administration tasks and familiarity working in the property industry, as well as enjoy working with a team of 4 Conveyancers in a busy office environment.
Skills/ Experience/ Attributes required: punctuality; a great attitude and friendly manner; excellent phone manner and communication skills; Word/Outlook/Computer familiarity; neat appearance; willingness to help others, learn and work part of a team. Must have own car
