I am Niranjiny (Nira), I have been working as a Conveyancing Assistant at a reputed conveyancing firm in Launceston TAS from 2021 until end of Jan 2024. I also do have over ten years overseas experience in legal and conveyancing (working as an Attorney-at-Law) before moving to TAS.
I have now moved to Sydney and looking for a job opportunity in the conveyancing field . I have substantial experience in conveyancing file management, preparing legal documents, and working with Leap software etc. gained through my previous employment in Launceston(TAS).

As a recent graduate with a Conveyancing Law & Practice from Macquarie University, I am eager to embark on a rewarding career in conveyancing and believe that my academic background, coupled with my strong work ethic and passion for real estate law, make me a well-suited candidate for this role. While I may have yet to gain direct experience in conveyancing, my academic coursework has equipped me with a solid foundation. Moreover, I am a quick learner with excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. My ability to work together in team environments, coupled with my attention to detail, will allow me to contribute effectively to your team and ensure the smooth execution of conveyancing transactions.

Erina Czinner has been practising as a Licensed Conveyancer for more than 6 years and is currently a 2nd year student at law. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AICNSW) and stays up to date with changes in relation to property law.

For more than 12 years, Erina was also a typist and legal secretary for the principal solicitor where she had on-the-job training across areas of law including conveyancing, Probate, Wills & Estates, divorce & property settlements, criminal law, Trust accounting, and litigation mostly in the Supreme Court jurisdiction.

Erina has a pleasant telephone manner and is professional and discrete in all dealings. She is also resourceful and has the curiosity and determination to succeed.
