Motivated Conveyancing student currently completing the Diploma of Conveyancing (Stream 2) at Monarch Institute.
Lebanese-qualified lawyer with prior legal training and practical experience. Recently relocated to Sydney and seeking an opportunity with a patient firm willing to provide hands-on training. Happy to work unpaid initially and on a flexible basis. Strong work ethic and keen to build long-term experience in NSW conveyancing. Able to assist with file preparation and compliance, and able to bring client files to the office under a percentage-based arrangement for files introduced.

Motivated and detail-oriented professional, with over 7½ years of experience successfully running her own business and a strong background in the property industry, is seeking part-time remote work in conveyancing.
Currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, I bring a solid foundation in property transactions, contract administration, and client relations, supported by more than a decade of experience in real estate and property management. My background has equipped me with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail,
and a deep understanding of property processes from start to finish.
I am seeking an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conveyancing while contributing to a team with my professionalism, reliability and strong work ethic.
