Erina Czinner has been practising as a Licensed Conveyancer for more than 6 years and is currently a 2nd year student at law. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AICNSW) and stays up to date with changes in relation to property law.

For more than 12 years, Erina was also a typist and legal secretary for the principal solicitor where she had on-the-job training across areas of law including conveyancing, Probate, Wills & Estates, divorce & property settlements, criminal law, Trust accounting, and litigation mostly in the Supreme Court jurisdiction.

I am a licensed conveyancer since July 2023 after finished my Conveyancing courses in Macquarie University. With 2 years’ conveyancing working experience in law firm, I can work independently from pre-exchange to settlement with various matter types, including off-the-plan, existing property and commercial lease.

I am a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin, so I am good at communication with Asian-background clients, as well as be able to do some business development job in this market.

Now I am looking for a better opportunity to grow up and get more experience in my career.
